Bec has been working as a nurse since 2013, gaining extensive experience in various roles. Since joining Nightingale Home Care in 2023, she has leveraged her years of expertise with community clients in her role as Nursing & Complex Care Coordinator.

In this position, Bec focuses on our most vulnerable clients, ensuring that their support is tailored to their individual needs. She excels in communicating with the diverse specialists and team members involved in complex care, ensuring that our nurses and carers have the most current information to support clients effectively. Bec also holds a postgraduate qualification in Wound Care, which enhances her ability to conduct thorough wound assessments and supports her role as Nursing & Complex Care Coordinator at Nightingale Home Care.
