Bethany began her nursing career over 10 years ago, quickly discovering a love for all things palliative care and community. Bethany has gone on to complete further studies in palliative care, aged care and coronary care, thriving on the ability to help those most in need at their most vulnerable stages of life.
Bethany brings extensive experience through these sectors, and her attitude and professionalism has moulded Nightingale Home Care to be the company that it is today. Currently, Bethany manages Payroll and Invoicing for Nightingale Home Care.

Emma, the General Manager of Nightingale Home Care, oversees Company Operations and manages our Human Resources Department. Emma began her journey with Nightingale Home Care in early 2022, progressing from Disability Support Worker to Enrolled Nurse, then to Administration Lead, and finally to high-level management in September 2023.
Emma leverages her extensive knowledge and expertise to effectively guide daily operations, cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and foster a positive company culture.
Emma provides our employees with clear vision and direction, ensuring that Nightingale Home Care participants receive support of the highest standard.

Bec has been working as a Registered Nurse since 2013, gaining extensive experience across various roles. Bec joined the Nightingale Home Care team in 2023, commencing as a community nurse, and then working her way into an office-based position as a Client Care Coordinator. Bec's knowledge and experience has contributed greatly to the team and beginning 2025, Bec transitioned into the role of Client Relations Manager, leading and overseeing the Client Care Coordinator team.

Amanda joined Nightingale in October 2023, starting out as an Administration and Rostering Officer. Amanda quickly integrated into the team, becoming a familiar and friendly voice for both participants and staff. Beginning January 2025, Amanda transitioned into the role of Administration and Rostering Manager, heading the Nightingale Home Care Admin and Rostering Team.
Amanda is dedicated to delivering the highest quality support and with many years of administrative experience, Amanda has been instrumental in fostering the smooth operation of our services. Her expertise and commitment have greatly contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness of our office.

At Nightingale Home Care we have a growing team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses. They bring a diverse range of knowledge and experience to work alongside our Nursing & Complex Care Coordinator, ensuring tailored in-home care for all clients.
On each shift our nurses deliver skilled, compassionate, and person-centred care with precision and empathy. From the management of complex medical conditions to the provision of wound care and medication administration, they not only focus on treating conditions but also prioritise education, ensuring that patients and their families are informed about their conditions, treatments, and self-care practices.
They can assist with a range of needs but some of the more common are listed below:
Medication Management: Ensuring patients take their medications as prescribed and monitoring for any side effects or interactions.
Wound Care: Dressing changes, monitoring healing progress, and preventing infections for wounds of varying complexity.
Chronic Disease Management: Helping patients manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and others through monitoring, education, and support.
Post-operative Care: Assisting with recovery, wound care, pain management, and monitoring for complications after surgeries.
IV Therapy: Administering and monitoring intravenous medications and fluids at home.
Palliative and Hospice Care: Providing comfort care, symptom management, and emotional support for patients nearing end-of-life.
Physical Assessments: Conducting regular assessments of vital signs, physical health, and overall well-being to monitor progress and detect changes early.
Emotional Support: Offering companionship and emotional support to patients and their families, promoting mental well-being alongside physical care.

The range of experience and skills represented within the care team is considered with every client to ensure the best fit possible for the delivery of client support.
Whether you are a participant requiring temporary support during recovery, assistance with chronic illness management, or ongoing care, our Carers are committed to delivering exceptional services in the comfort of your own home.
Our Carers assist with a variety of activities, including:
Personal Care: Assistance with hygiene, dressing, grooming, exercises, and mobility support to ensure our clients feel comfortable, confident, and ready for the day.
Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs, and offering feeding assistance as needed.
Domestic Assistance: Light housekeeping, laundry, pet care, and other household chores to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
Community Access & Participation: Running errands, going out for coffee, walks along the beach and other tasks that support independence in daily living.
Medication Administration & Assistance: Ensuring that clients take their medications as prescribed, on time, every day.
Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations, and participating in activities to keep clients socially connected and emotionally supported.
PEG and Catheter Care: Assisting with enteral feeding, supervision, changing and emptying catheter bags, as well as logging fluid intake and outflow where required.
Wellbeing Checks: Going into homes to check that loved ones are happy and healthy.
Community Respite: Providing support while informal supports are unavailable or need a break.
