Emma, the General Manager of Nightingale Home Care, oversees Company Operations and manages our Human Resources Department. Emma began her journey with Nightingale Home Care in early 2022, progressing from Disability Support Worker to Enrolled Nurse, then to Administration Lead, and finally to a top-level management position in September 2023.

Emma leverages her extensive knowledge and expertise to effectively guide daily operations, cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and foster a positive company culture.
