Our staff, with decades of knowledge shared between Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses & Carer’s, provide holistic care within the comfort of your own home. From respite care to weekly routine visits, wound care, assistance with activities of daily living or around the clock care for those that have more complex care needs, our staff are suited & trained for any task.
We aim to allocate the same staff to you so that they are able to build that all important bond between a health care worker and the person requiring that care. Building a rapport between our staff and clients is important to us, as is maintaining that all important continuity of care. This eliminates the hassle of teaching someone else how you like things done, from the smallest things such as how you like your cuppa, to the big things like how you like your bed made or which order you do your morning tasks in. These tasks can add up over the course of the day but knowing you will see the same smiling faces that you know and trust is one less thing for you to worry about.
If you are unavailable for your visit from one of our team members, we will do our best to ensure the team member you regularly have, is able to attend when you are next available.
